The furniture we custom designed and crafted for this client may possibly be the most pure in form. Except the sideboard, all items are distilled to become the most basic, without any extraneous element or even seam lines. Using man made boards and veneer to craft such furniture is relatively simple and straight forward, but using solid wood is not. 

The compound bookshelves is massive in size, made up of components that are more manageable in transport size and weight. We even custom designed a simple and matching foot step for them to reach the higher shelves. Low bookshelves of the same simple style are placed behind a long leather couch. With plenty of books and a grand piano, the overall mood is one of modernity and refinement.

To the side of the main living space is placed a more ornate sideboard of ours. It  is a good match to the Japanese samurai sword and the yacht model. 

The study continues with the same clean lines. The pair of bookshelves are without any railings, its base cupboard space is covered by doors secured by premium locks behind bespoke escutcheons.

我们替这客人设计打造的家具可能是最纯净简单的了。除了比较中国式的餐柜外，所有的家具都净化到只有最简单的线条，没有任何多余的修饰与细部。用合成夹板或纤维板来制造这种家具相对直接，但用实木板却大大不同。

那组合书架的体积异常庞大，我们需要分成不同部分以便于运输与手工制造。我们更设计了一件合衬的梯形小梯级让他门比较容易拿取高层的书籍。同样款色的矮长书架就放在皮革沙发的后面。大量书本与大钢琴包围的感觉是摩登高尚的。

在客厅旁边放着的中式餐柜造就出对比效果，刚好匹配放于其顶部的日本武士刀与帆船模型。

简单线条也延伸进书房。那一双超高的书架没有任何围栏，底柜的门是配备高规格的锁，并有特别设计订造的锁板。
