When the house of this client is still being built he already came to us to discuss on furniture. A mix of styles are used to add visual interests to the different spaces in which the furniture will be used.
The master bed is designed to conceal a thick boxspring below the mattress, and the headboard height is set in relation to the overall ceiling clearance. Similar to all our beds, the whole bed's construction is through dovetail joineries interlocking all components on site (except the screwed on tufted fabric panel).

当这客人的房子还在建造的时候他已经跟我们协作家具了。最终拍板的是一系列全新设计的并合款色家具，以增加房子内不同区域的丰富特色。
主人睡床的设计让床垫弹簧箱隐藏于实木围板内，而床头板的高度是按照睡房的空间高度来决定的。跟我们其他所有的床一样，这床也是用了纯榫卯结构在现场连接不同部件（软绵包布板除外）。

Notable in the following crafting photos are the initial ones showing the cabinets' assembly process. In contemporary carpentry standard, wood peg construction is considered high end, while stapler attachment is the mainstream. For our solid wood furniture, one can see how the corner mitre joints securely attach the top to the vertical supports while at the same time preventing side movements. In addition, all the panels float within pre-made grooves on the adjoining frames. The precision of crafting needs to be very high to ensure accurate alignment for so many elements. With the whole cabinet constructed this way, with all components interlocking to others in all directions, it is not difficult to understand why the construction of our solid wood furniture is exceptional.

请特别注意以下头几张的制造照片，显示柜的结构与组装过程。在现代木工的标准下，木栓结构被视为最高标准，而金属打钉下胶就是主流。请看我们的实木家具更严谨的标准。外表成 45 度角的榫卯把四柱连接至柜面结构，并防止横向移位。另外，所有的实木板都有延伸的部分插进旁边的木方内槽，让木板不仅承托牢固，更让实木板可以随着气候涨缩。制造手工需要极之精准才可把众多的部件完美组合而没有虚位。由于整个柜都使用这方法，不同的部件从多角度经榫卯互相紧扣，所以不难理解我们家具的结构是首屈一指的。
